7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in any hazardous driving. Transporting dangerous materials is prohibited, as is sub-letting to third parties or permitting unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Additionally, the vehicle should not be used in ways it's not intended for, such as exceeding passenger or weight limits, or traveling outside authorized geographical areas without prior consent.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Daventry will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months.
